Clover eye on ball

I have just one question for you this week: Are you focused on making your vision manifest? If not, why not? Perhaps you need support to make it happen, or maybe it’s a goal that you’re not passionate about and could use some more thought. Whatever the case, the sooner you get clear about what’s most important in your life, the closer you will be to fully stepping into that goal or vision.

While I was facilitating a vision mapping session this week with a top Coldwell Banker realtor, several things popped into my head that affected me personally as I listened to him talk about what was most important for the next two or three years. We agreed that what we pay most attention to is what we put most energy into – of course! And when we play in that energetic arena, our goals and visions will appear with clarity, dedication and persistence.

I’m not saying anything new here. However, sometimes in our every day busy-ness, we forget how crucial it is to be very clear about what is desired, because we usually get exactly what we ask for. When I co-created a record label from ground zero, with $5,000 in startup money, we eventually hit the jackpot. For five years, I was totally immersed in growing this company. I worked at it seven days a week until I could start seeing solid results, and then I started easing off to six days a week…and a lot of traveling.

Eight years later, 30 employees, ten recording artists and five million dollars annually in sales, I could look back and observe that this success wouldn’t  have occurred without my total focus and energy on the end result. So, I ask again:                                                           how focused are you on the success you desire for yourself?                                                     Ultimately, you are the one who makes the rules for yours truly. If the future has become foggy, if you’re not gaining momentum, if your action plan has become a little dodgy…well…got a mirror close by? And remember… I love conversations about transitions and goal-planning strategies. Your success is my reward. Give me a call.
